Des Plaines, IL – The Phil Collins Experience, hailed as “the most authentic Phil Collins tribute in the U.S.,” is bringing its electrifying multimedia concert to Des Plaines Theatre on November 14, 2025, at 8 PM. But this show is about more than just the music—it’s about shining a light on domestic violence homelessness and supporting Des Plaines families in need.
The Phil Collins Experience has partnered with WINGS, a leading nonprofit in the area. WINGS provides a pathway to independence for adults and children who are escaping from domestic violence and abuse. It’s goal is to provide the tools and support necessary to ensure that victims can escape their abusers and begin building new, violence-free lives.
In 1989, Phil Collins released “Another Day in Paradise,” inspired by an encounter with a homeless mother and child. The song became a global anthem for compassion, reminding the world that homelessness is not just a statistic but a human story. Today, The Phil Collins Experience continues that spirit, using its platform to highlight local organizations like WINGS that are on the frontlines helping families find hope, dignity, and a path forward.
