CHICAGO, IL – One of Chicago’s most beloved summer traditions returns as the Taylor Street Little Italy Festa takes over historic Taylor Street from Thursday, August 13, through Sunday, August 16, 2026. The four-day celebration will be held on Taylor Street between Ashland Avenue and Throop Street, bringing together outstanding food, live entertainment, family fun, and Italian culture. “We are excited to be back on Taylor Street for another incredible celebration,” said Ron Onesti, President of Onesti Entertainment Corporation, “This classic Chicago street festival delivers an unforgettable experience with five live music stages, more than 40 food and merchandise vendors, carnival rides and games, cultural attractions, and entertainment for the entire family.” Admission to the festival is free, with a suggested $10 donation at the entrance to help offset the rising costs of producing an event of this size. “Producing a festival of this magnitude has become significantly more expensive,” Onesti said. “Insurance, tents, labor, entertainment, staging, and production costs have all increased dramatically. We appreciate every guest who supports the festival with a donation so we can continue bringing this tradition to Chicago.” Festivalgoers can enjoy an outstanding selection of food from many of Chicagoland’s favorite restaurants, making the Taylor Street Little Italy Festa one of the premier culinary events of the summer. The entertainment lineup features nationally recognized performers including The Bronx Wanderers from Las Vegas, Hugo: The Ultimate Journey Tribute, local Chicagoland artists, as well as special musical guests traveling from Italy. Throughout the weekend, visitors can also experience cultural exhibits, cooking demonstrations, children’s activities, artisan crafts, Italian merchandise, and a wide variety of family-friendly attractions celebrating the rich heritage of Chicago’s historic Little Italy. The Taylor Street Little Italy Festa continues to be one of the city’s signature neighborhood festivals, welcoming thousands of visitors each year for four days of exceptional food, music, culture, and community.
