FREE Screening of “Cabrini” Documentary

The Joint Civic Committee of Italian Americans invite you to an exclusive, private screening of CABRINI. Can One Woman Change the World? From award-winning director Alejandro Monteverde (“Sound of Freedom”,”Bella”) comes the powerful, inspiring true story of an audacious young Italian woman many generations ahead of her time. Frances Cabrini came to New York in 1889 with nothing but determination, unswerving faith, and a desire to build an empire of hope that would ultimately transform the lives of millions worldwide. Starring Cristiana Dell’Anna, John Lithgow, Giancarlo Giannini, and David Morse, CABRINI answers that question as it charts the many obstacles she overcame on her rise to become one of America’s greatest entrepreneurs. There will be a post-show Q&A with the Film Maker.
