“How Lucky Can One Man Get” is John Prine’s 2010 Proviso East Concert Film.  John Prine gave Maywood Fine Arts “something to hold on to” with this benefit concert. In 2010, he performed for a second time at his alma mater, Proviso East, in what he called “the concert of his life”.  This benefit concert helped Maywood Fine Arts rise from the ashes after a devastating fire. Join us for a fundraiser on April 9th to relive this performance. Witness John’s amazing storytelling both on stage and off along with a finale with all his brothers and sons. Following the film there will be a panel Q&A with Fiona Prine, Jason Wilber and Lois Baumann with Mark Gaurino moderating!
